CELA assesses the four language domains as required by NCLB - speaking, listening, reading and writing. Student must test fluent in all four areas to begin the exit process from the ELL program. The testing will begin in January and the schedule is posted below. The test has four sections (reading, writing, speaking and listening) so testing will occur over a period of time so to minimally impact the academic schedule.
